Default No HTTP headers

Hello, I am writing a class library to interface to a website that carries out commands via querystring. I want to use HTTPWebRequest but the server does not send HTTP response headers which crashes the class with a 'HTTP specification violation' exception. Is there any way around this so that it does not look at the headers?

My other option is to use the web browser activex control which works with the lack of headers but i need to use it inside a class library and its not initializing properly i dont think

any input would be greatly appreciated!
