Exclamation Help for a new Network project

Hi All!!! I am new to .net, but am not new to this site. How ever i have been using the details posted by other members to get through my problems. And it did work fine for most of the cases. I really Appreciate your knowledge!!!

Now i am on a new networking Project and would like to have a piece of advise from any member who can really help me out. When i say really, "I REALLY Mean IT". The Problem is that i would like to deploy the main application on the server and client application on individual machienes. But i some how dont know what is the difference between the normal process that i do: " Create a table for user accounts on the server, and then make him logon from client machienes after deploying the application there".

My question is: Can i start this way or shall i code a seperate application for the server, and a seperate one for the client. I would like a detailed explanation.

Thanx in advance and would really appreciate your help!!!
