If I understand correctly, you want to make a speech recognition application? Do a google search for "speech recognition". We are not going to create the program for you.

For which subject are you creating this application?

It sounds like you're interested in using an existing library to do the work for you. In that case, what does your work consist in? If you plan to build your own speech recognition library then I suggest you buy a book on the subject and possible switching to C++.

Your general approach to learning appear to be the internet. For most advanced subjects that you will encounter at the university you will have much more success in finding research papers and/or books. They're more elaborate and in-depth. Forums like this are good for very specific issues, but not very good at covering a whole topic such as speech recognition.
