Default .Net in SQL Server 2005

Hi all

I've got a project coming up which which involves;

1. Running .Net code in Sequil Server. (need to find out how to, as well as the pro's and cons)
2. Calling a DLL from Sequil.

I've found it difficult to find any info on this. Does anyone have any ideas of reference material on it..??

Many thanks as always

Rich

database programming using SQL Server in .net 2005 is very much simple than the previous version of visual basic. Development period in .net and sql server 2005 is very fast. The only problem you will have is the hardware that you have. sql server 2005 eats a lot of memory. .net also eats memory. so if your planning to migrate to this languages you should have fast computer.

Thanks for your help. Maybe I haven't specified exactly what I am after

1. Running .Net code WITHIN Sequil Server. (need to find out how to, as well as the pro's and cons)
2. Calling a DLL from Sequil.

Many thanks
