Default SQL Connection string

Hi
I am new to this forum and also new to programming (sorry!)
I have created a membership website using Visual Studio 2010 which works great on my local machine but not when uploaded to the server.
I have 2 sql databases stored in the App_Data folder and was hoping someone on these forums could help me with the connection strings. I have copied my web.config file below (which I have tinkered with but it is beyond my capabilities!!!)
Could someone please take a look and help?
Many thanks
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Hi there. Being new at programming is nothing to apologize for, everybody has
to start somewhere.

What is the problem you are experiencing? What is the exact error message and what
steps have you taken in trying to find the problem?
