Default RESOLVED: How do I include ADO constants ad..... in VB2008

Greetings

How do I include ADO constants ad..... in VB2008 - such as adCmdTableDirect

I am trying to open a foxpro database with ADO and read recordsets as
Reading other posts - I see that I need to open recordsets as follows (to enable me to use the Seek command on data)
RsJob.Open("Job", cnCompany, , adCmdTableDirect)

I have tried including Reference to adodb but adCmdTableDirect etc are still not defined.
I have tried including Reference to Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.8 Library on the COM tab - but still not defined.

I have discovered a posts that lists the value of adCmdTableDirect as 512 so I tried
Const adCmdTableDirect As ADODB.LockTypeEnum = 512
But then the compiler states Option Strict On disallows implicit conversions from 'Integer' to 'ADODB.LockTypeEnum'.

Thanks
