I don't quite understand the firstname, lastname, and address placement, but from here, it looks possible to do a String.Format:
(The 11G, 4G, and 3G may need modifying, but that might be one step closer to a solution to our mystery question of the unknown format.)

30500001003379{0:11G}00000000{1:4G}{2:4G0000000{3:3G}00000000000000000 00 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000******* ******* ***** Ulrikkes vei 12 C OSLO
Well the firstname and lastname and address needs the right amount of spaces between them, from firstname to lastname there is 19 spaces. from last name to address there is 52 spaces, but the spaces also increase decrease if the name is shorter or longer than the example above. That also works for the other info we put in... so if the the $$$ in line above is $$$$$ there would be 2 zeroes deleted. You see?

But what do you think is the best way to do this, for me it seems like making a datagridview with the input facts, then put in the numbers or spaces between thoose facts, is the best way to do it? I dont know, Maybe putting the info (address,$$$ etc.) in a textbox is better?

I don't care too much for datagrids... but anyway, if you have played with Format Strings before, then the leading zero problem shouldn't have been too hard.
{3:5G}
You specify the format to have 5 so that the result is always 5 decimal places.

I don't understand what you are saying about the spaces, and I can't tell where the first name and last name are.

If you can't get it working properly, you might try letting us see a sample of the file (I don't mean snippits, i mean zipping a file you create with fake data, and uploading it for others to download). We can open the test file in a hex editor and actually see what is going on. For names, try making them First_Name and Last_Name, and address lines like Add_Line1, and Add_Line2 so everyone will know what these are supposed to be, (as opposed to Jogumaku, Nadokani, which are hard to read and even harder to figure out what they are...)
Anyway, Don't upload a file with personal info in it, make a new file (if possible) with program in question, and submit it for... "dismanteling".
