Question Combine a form and a class as template?

After reading a post on another board about using the inputbox function, I decided I needed an improved version of the inputbox. I made one that can actually show that the "Cancel" button was pressed, (instead of just returning an empty string) and it can also be limited to numeric input if desired. It consists of a Class Module and a Form with a label, textbox, and 2 buttons. I would like to save them together some way, so on future projects, I don't need to remember to add both the form and the class to the new project. Is there a way to save them together as a template, for easy loading into future projects?

Not sure if what I want to do is even possible. Thanks for any assistance!

Could you not incorporate the functionality from the class into the form directly?
