Default Packaging .Net Framework with applications

I have written a program in VB.NET 2005 and it is for a pc that doesn't have internet access to download .NET Framework 2.0. Is there any way of including this with the installlation files?

That still involves the user download the required files, thats not possible on the target machine for my program. Is there a way I can package the Framework and other necessary files on the CD?

I can't say that I've used the 2005 bootstrapper, but I would imagine that you could direct it to local files as well as those on the internet. Regardless, another way if you are using a CD would be to use an autorun file, as explained here:http://www.phdcc.com/shellrun/autorun.htm
You can also try one of many project installers such as:
NSIS:http://nsis.sourceforge.net/Main_Page
INNO:http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php
If you know any languages such as C++ that compile into Machine code it is pretty easy as well.
These are just a few ways to go about it, there are many others that you can find with a google search without much difficulty.
