Default Very specific question

Hello, everybody.

First of all, I'm a super newbie, and I have this problem regarding both Visual Studio 2005 (is 2005 also known as .NET? What's the difference?). I recently installed Visual Studio 2005, but when I open any Visual Basic 6 proyect, the Windows Installer appear saying that it wants to install ENU or something and requests me the VS2005 DVD. I let the thing finish its process and install what it had to install, but it still requests me the DVD everytime I open a Visual Basic 6 proyect. It takes forever to install, so I don't want this to happen. How do I fix this or what do I need to do?

Thanks.

Seems like the problem is now gone. I don't know why, but I needed to install like 3 or 2 times the ENU thing it was requesting. Now it doesn't request anything when I open VB6.

Sweet, glad u figured it out

Just to clarify;

.NET is the name of an architecture found in both Visual Studio 2003 and 2005, so the correct name for your development kit is Visual Studio .NET 2005.

.NET is the future, VB6 is not.
