Smile VS 2008: Including MS Access & end-user permissions

I have an application that currently includes an MS Access database. I created an install project in the solution. I have no problems with deploying it, per see.

However, the problem is when a site admin must install the app for an end-user, the Access becomes read-only, except for the admin. This app is targeted for both single user(who also is the computers admin) and sites where a different person is the computers admin and someone else is the end-user of the app.

What, if anything, do I need to do in my deployment project to allow whoever 'uses' the app to have read/write permission to the database?

Thanks folks.
