Default mysql compilation problem

Hi I have compiled my vb.net program and I am using a remote mysql database on a hosting website (heliohost.com). My problem is that the program works fine on my computer but if I try to run the program on another computer which doesn't have the mysql reference then a error comes up because it can't be found obviously. So my question is that is there a way in which I can put the mysql reference with the program so that It can be used on other machines
thanks for any help in advance

You should create an install / setup package which includes the needed runtimes, which you referenced in your application.

No I can not.
I don't have a clue about creating an installation package for a .NET program nor about the references YOU use in your program.
