Default Screen Clipping

Is there a way to take a specified part (rectangle) of a form like a screen shot and then save that image as something like a jpeg, gif, or bmp?

Can't you just run the program, do an ALT+Print Screen, paste into an image editor and adjust/save as you wish? That's generally how I do my stuff. Course, it's probably not the most efficient way to do it
