Default Form Scewing

Heres the deal; I have 2 forms ones a full screen gui and the second is a pop up part of that interface. Whenever i resize the controls (particularaly labels) on the second form that conver up parts of the first screen when I close the second form the first one is left mangled with all the controls and graphics scewed. Ive tried invalidating the first screen to make it appear normal again after returning from the second form but it doesn't really do anything.

Ideas on how to fix this?

It sounds like you've not used the Paint Events correctly, or at all, or you have some problems with your Docking and Anchoring settings. Without at least a relevant code snippet it's difficult to understand what's wrong
