Default Problem With Menu's

Hello,

Ever since I added menus to a program, the size of the window(of my program) seems to of been reduced cutting off some my program and I can no longer make the window bigger so that all of my program window can be seen? What can i do so that i can see the rest of my program.

Thank you.
