Default .NET Equivalent to Me.Circle?

Hey,

Just wondering is there any .NET equivalent to the Me.Circle method on a form for drawing a circle?

Thanks

No. All drawing has to be done with GDI+. The drawing occurs in the Paint event of the form, and you are given the drawing tool in the event arguments. The tool you use to draw is the Graphics object.

Code:
Public Class Form1 Private Sub Form1_Paint(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.PaintEventArgs) Handles Me.Paint ' A circle is an ellipse. ' An ellipse can be defined by its bounding rectangle... e.Graphics.DrawEllipse(Pens.Blue, New Rectangle(0, 0, Me.ClientSize.Width - 1, Me.ClientSize.Height - 1)) End Sub Private Sub Form1_SizeChanged(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Me.SizeChanged ' When the form's size changes, we need to redraw. ' Calling Refresh will casue the paint event to fire. Me.Refresh() End Sub End Class
