Default error using Outlook COM

Hi everyone, I'm using VB.net as my programming language and I have written several programs that interacts with MS Outlook. The thing is I have Visual Studio installed on 2 pc's one at work and one at home. If I take one of my outlook projects from home to work I get an error at the following line

Dim oApplication As Outlook.Application = New Outlook.Application

near the start of my procedure. I have an imports at the top of my project. but when I look at the references to the Com objects it tells me the outlook com is missing, althought both my work and office pc run window 7. Is there a way round this?

Maybe a stupid question, but is Outlook installed on both PC's?

yes it is, but I've just found out that Outlook 2007 is on my home pc and 2010 on my work pc, when the code is compiled it does work on both pc's but when I'm working on the code I have to re add a new reference to what ever outlook is installed, It's only a minor niggle. I just wordered if there was a way round this, like copying the dll into my project or something like it
