What type of "drag n drop" code?
I would think that you would have objects (in this case pictureboxes) that represent all the players on each machine, with some sort of ID common to a given player on all machines.
If you were manually implementing the drag, as you dragged the object your code would periodically send the position and ID of the player object being moved in a message of your design between the machines. The receiving machines would see that player ID has moved, and move the cooresponding object on their end.
