Welcome to the forum.
That particular question, to me, seems to be along the lines of "What is the difference between a book and a novel?"
To be most productive, before asking a question you should search to see if the question might already have been asked (perhaps hundreds of times over the last 10 years), so really doesn't need to be asked again.
A more appropriate question might be what is the difference between asp and asp.net, rather than .net and asp.net.
But even then, that question has already been asked many times.
I would suggest a google search like --- difference .net asp.net ---
and then read any number of those responses to the question until you feel you have the answer you need.
Be aware, this is primarily a programming forum, which means we generally help people who have written code, but are getting stuck with some issue with the code.
