how do i use System.PrivateProfileString

i got a string in registery System.PrivateProfileString("", "HKEY_CURRENT_USER", "razihoe") = "Rh"
now how do i take the "Rh" back as a variable??????

Don't know if you can use the API with your particlar flavor VBA (sounds like Excel, but which one is it?) but you might check into <font color=blue>WritePrivateProfileString</font color=blue> and <font color=blue>GetPrivateProfileString</font color=blue>.
