how can i make the transparency with the format gif

You need to learn more about Photoshop. Look for tutorials, buy a book, take a class, do whatever.

You can also create transparent GIFs in MSPaint (in the Accessories section).

Save your picture as a GIF file. Then go to "Image->Attributes" and select the transparent color. Resave the GIF.
