Running As "UserName"

Hola,
Quick question. I have a corporate network where normal users (Call center people / secretaries / etc ) get restricted user rights.. I.E. they don't have installation/uninstall privaleges, can't access certain network shares and can't shut down the computer (Only log off). Then I have Power Users such as some of my mid level technicians, middle management and the like.. but they are still restricted with custom settings as to what they can access/install and uninstall. Then I have my Assistant Admin Domain which allows them to do almost anything on the network short of assigning new permissions and rebooting or shutting down servers. and of course I have the uber account which is Administrator which can do anything it wants.

I have set up and account as an automated account in the Assistant Administrators permissions. With the intention of using this account in an "Auto Updater" that will update our custom software suite on the entire network after it has been initially installed (Registering new ocxs, updating dlls, executables etc)... only problem is.. I can't get anything to "Run As" this automated user... the program pops up right after they log in and says "Please Wait Installing Patches..." then promptly tells them they don't have access to install said patches.

So.. anyone know how I can do this?

Can't you try using the CreateProcess API and pass the correct
Security_Attributes structure?
