MSChart - How to select a portion of a graph?

Hi VB Gurus,
Need your help. I need to select a region in a graph (I am using MSChart in VB 6.0)and when selected, the graph should expand to display only the selected region. (sort of zoom effect).

Any pointers on how to do this? The Plot_selected/Point_selected methods etc dont seem to work.

you need to recreate the chart with a limited data set, are you loading the data to an array? there are several options I can think of how to select a portion, I've used this chart control a lot and it's very buggy.
