I have an application that I'm writing. The user has several .pdf forms that he wants to be called from my application so that he can print them. I have all that done; however, I need the ability to pre-fill in known fields on the form from his database. For example, name, address, etc. for the particular client record. Any ideas?

Ok, I've discovered how to do that, but now I need to know the field names. Anybody know a way to extract that information?

Getting the filed names is probably related to the method for filling in the fields. Did you access the PDFs with API, objects, what?
