on command.exe

on command.exe if you type C:\app\myapp.exe i'll open my app..

some programs if you type C:\app\myapp.exe (a little message here)
the program captures whatever was put in the little message

how can i do this?

Are you talking about CommandLine. If yes then use function Commmand().
