Removing 1st Row & Column in Flexgrid

I started with listbox, then listview, then people start talking about flexgrid so i thought i check it out.. lol

So actually what i'm actually doing is a playlist, anyway...
I tried Flexgrid, and is there in anyway to disabled the 'Grey' Row and 'Grey' Columns.. those with 3D appearance?

Hmm.. how do i explain that...
The First Row and The First Column of flexgrid when i first draw them into the form?

Set the FixedRow = 0
Set The FixedCol = 0

I really need some Flexgrid samples, i don't see any of them in VBaccelerator,(What's so good about S-Grid)... i don't see any of them in EliteDB too...
