This is something a bit too much, i was wondering if there's any way to
control the way scrollbar scrolls.
If you have used Picasa, (www.picasa.net), you'll notice that it scrolls differently, the Scroll Bar...or..perhaps the Scroll Button in the Scroll Bar moves first and in the meantime the content follows up smoothly, from a faster speed to a lower speed, and stop. I hope you understand what i'm describing.
So.. maybe is it doned by controlling the scrolling speed, and order the scroll bar to move first.. and... hmm.. i don't know... any ideas?
