Help Americans

Hi to everyone, with the attack on the americans they are in need of blood and money to supply the injured poeple. i asked everyone i know to go give blood and money if they can, everybody at woek and my family. i'm sure all the injured poeple would like a hand so take a look at these sites and do what you can!!

Yes please give blood! It only takes 15 minutes or so, and is painless (plus sometimes you get juice and cookies) Unfortunately, I am no longer able to donate my blood because I was in england during the mad cow disease timeframe, But until then, I donated blood at least 5 times per year. If I can do it, so can you :)

it depends on people, most of poeple get no reaction, well i never had any... but my wife can even walk after ... just don't be scared, you're always surounded by nurses.

i also go a few times a years, around 4 times, here in Quebec they tell us "you can't come back before 3 mounths....."

I would love to help those in need, but my doctor has advised me not to give blood, because I have a low blood pressure. And if my doctor says not to do it... well, he has studied for it, so I guess he knows what he's talking about.

well there's some more indirect way like suggest to some poeple to go, you can look where there's some in your neighborhood and tell poeple around you.
