Animated GIF Control Project & Source

This has been requested so many times in the past month that I've had enough. This code is not mine, I don't remember where I downloaded it from, but it works.

Use it and give the authors credit, please.

But please, please, please remember: A little animation is good. ALOT OF ANIMATION = BIG-TIME BAD.
