One of our members requested this so I made it.
This control is really quite simple and it will only draw
a horizontal line. However, this control will change it's colors
according to the settings in the Appearance tab in Windows,
therefore turning itself the correct color regardless of the system
it is run on. It'll even change colors while the program is running.
