Access - Form property...

I was wondering if it is possible to have a "control" form (to move through records, add/delete records and so on) and a "view" form to look at/modify the current record at the same time on the screen.
I modified the "View" form AllowAdditions property to False, how can I use that form to add a new record as I click on the "Add Record" command button on the "Control" form?

If I understand you correctly, I would use one form to view/move through the records. Then when they click on add just have a popup form with the fields they need to fill out to add a record. This should be done fairly easy with VBA.

Maybe something like this?***EDIT*** My code was wrong. I fixed it.

Private Sub Button_Click()
Form.AllowAdditions = True
End Sub

Give that a shot. Hopefully it works.

Thanks you for the quick response but it wasn't what I was talking about...
Two Forms: "Control" & "View"
The "Control" one should do almost everything you can do if you have the NavigationButtons property set to True for the "View" form.
If the user click on the "Modify" command button on the "Control" form I should change just the AllowEdits property of the "View" form...and so on.
