few questions about C++ (again!)

hi I'm using borland C++ builder 5 enterprise and have a few questions:

is there a way to make a console app full screen at startup? it would be cool if you could and get rid of the yucky DOS box

can I make the buffer > 25 lines? I saw in the properties of the console you could change it to 50 but I need some way to do it with C++

lastly, I found that the .res file contains the version stuff and the icon. I'd like to choose my own icon instead of having
M A I N I C O N or no icon at all, if I delete the .res file
I've tried doing like I C O N 1 and putting an icon like that in the folder but it wouldn't work

I think would be better if you post your c++ especific questions in a c++ forum. Maxcode.com has a good one.
