Outlook to Access

Is it possible to connect Outlook to a Access database? I have a friend who as all their email addresses in a Access table and would like to be ale to get to them from Outlook.

Use the database 'Tables' window menu option 'New', open the 'Link Table' wizard and change the 'Files of type' drop-down to 'Outlook'...
