Text-to-Speech for Telephone

Does anybody know how to send text-to-speech message over the phone line? I am using RAS for dial-up connection and SAPI for text-to-speech conversion.

Not a clue how to send the converted speech. You'd have to send it as MIDI or a WAV file or something....

I would suggest sending the text, then converting it at the other end.

You can't send voice/most sounds over a normal modem.
You would need a modem which can handle voice communications.
