get object from string?

Hi. I'm looking for a way to convert a string that holds the name of an object into a reference to that object. For instance, I have a string "objQueueMenu", but I want to use it to access the object objQueueMenu. Any ideas?

Well, somehow I can say I am not just a beginner but my code is not yet perfect anyway (just like my english)...

...Download my attachment I tried it and it works fine, it is simple, just call GetControlFromName function which wants two parameters, respectively the name of the form containing the control and the string containing the control name... the function returns a reference to the control so....well just read the attachment, it's smaller and simplier than this reply!!! :)

Oooops...before I forget....it doesn't check for Upper/Lowercase...so Label1 is not the same as label1 okay? Add such a check if u want....... :)
