Probably a very simple ADO solution

Wud anbody be able to start me of on this area of my project. I am pretty new to the ADO control. But i do no, how to assign a databse to the control and scroll through records.

My project at the mo is a series of list boxes and according to what you click, something happens. But i want to be able to add new informatoin to these list boxes. Someone informed me I cud do this through a databse.

These are the 2 starting things i want to acomplish:

1.) I basically want to make the list box on my form include the data, but i then want the user to be able to add a new piece of data to that list box, how can I do this using ADO?

2.) I want to also let the user to assign a pic to that piece of data. That can then be viewed on the form, but i am guessin that i need to link them in the databse somehow?

Wud appreciate any starting points with this. Ta

I have been through that tutorial and its given me more of an insight, ta.

However, with the save command button on the example shown, the code doesn't work when I use it, I get the runtime error 'Update or CancelUpdate Without AddNew or Edit'

Got any help there?
