I Need Help With A Basic Map Editor

I need help... i want the tiles to be able to be placed anywhere on the screen, but when i do the tiles 'appear' at the upperleft all scrunched together.... can anyone help? I have the map editor as an attachment.

You should use the Pixels scalemode in your form. When running your application, it seemed to slow down my computer. :-\

but it's tile based, so how would i end up making it so that they couldn't place them 1 pixel from eachother and have them overlapping?

Multiply all of your coordinates by the width and the height of the tile. :)
