You mind telling us a little more? We can't really help you until you tell us exactly what your problem is. For example, what's the URLS for the website? Can we see the new picture? Once you give us a little more info, I'm sure many VB programmers here will be willing to help you. images/icons/smile.gifimages/icons/smile.gif

wouldn't it be dreadful if someone were to adopt your old signature...
some day you might look with resentment at it's tardy replacement, wishing you had never let your first inspiration go...

it must be catching!

incidentally, (on the subject of change) has anyone else noticed that everyone is moving house at the moment?
I moved last w'end and as I drove from old house to new, I was amazed by the large number of people also loading removal vans and carting fridges about... like something out of "Return of the Bodysnatchers"...
Just wondering if it was a seasonal thing!

You're looking a bit pale there, Handy man (in the skeleton pic, that is)... you may need some more orange juice, beta-carotene or some sunshine... Or maybe it's the fruit that you're getting down there in Mexico!

I love the new site, very professional, I will add it to my bookmarks.

Perhaps now I can understand Subclassing.

No need to put so much cream on my tacos, man (That's a real expression in Mexico "poner mucho crema en los tacos"). Another popular expression is "echar flores" or toss flowers...

My VB site is actually pretty crappy right now. All I've got on there is the Forum Checker and my Subclassing tutorials. I hope to eventually incorporate alot of the stuff I've posted here, along with having a rediculous quantity of links back to the site.

But for now, I'm spending too much time keeping the wife happy to work on the site. It will improve soon.

If you need help with the site Hand let me know. I'm going to be busy for a week working on various projects, but after that I will be free to assist you.
I'd also be happy to contribute some content. I've always wanted to write an article on something.

Regards,
-cl

I don't know about that Yoda.... They just have a much better propaganda machine than we do on the Dark Side.

Our day will come. Bwaaaa haaaa haaaa haaaaa!!!!! images/icons/wink.gif

I don't care - I've just heard that 7 of 9 has switched sides from ST to SW and is now opting for a role in Star Wars 10 : The Beauty Pageant. With my experience in fighting the Dark Side and her determination to become an individual neither the Empire nor the Borg form any threat to us any more ...

And what's more : I've got the biggest ears !

I've been a Star Wars fan for....3(?) years now....Yeah, at one point I had three different sw sites, but I abandoned all of them :)

The Phantom Menace DVD is pretty cool, and I can't wait for Nov. 9th....Attack of the Clones (AOTC) trailer is released! HAHAH! WooHoo!!

Well, I've been collecting SW action figures and vehicles ever sicne the first movies. I got my first Darth Vader in 1982 when I was 6 and have been collecting ever since. I can say now that I'm some kind of addict, and my passion for SW is sometimes taking the best of me ;)
But ... there's a big but ... I thought TPM was awful. I spent 2 hours getting more and more disgusted by the incredible taste of money dripping off the theatre screen, while that annoying, headache-giving, nothing-to-do-with-SW, just plain terrible Gungan imbecile (I'm talking about Jar Jar) kept on ruining the whole SW feel. I know many people disagree with me, but many others agree. To be short : ANH, TESB and ROTJ rock ! TPM was a waste of time and money. Hope AOTC will be better anyway, but my hopes aren't up very highly. I'm anticipating The Lord Of The Rings to a much higher extent !

PS : Sorry about the nagging ;)

I have to agree, TPM looks more like "how to make my 6 year old smile, disney cartoon"

Edited a typo in the titleimages/icons/blush.gif

When I first saw the movie (opening day (May 19th, 1999) at 6:15pm), I couldn't figure out why so many people hated Jar Jar. I saw it a second time, and realized that he really did take away from the movie. AOTC has been rumoured to be much better, but, I fear the Jar Jar is still a part of it... :(

I do like the extended scenes on the DVD, but I REALLY want the OT to come out on DVD, that would be just awesome!

Would that be TMP or TPM Arnout ?

I'm assuming he means TPM (The Phantom Menace)....

i loved that character, he brings a bit of humor with all those monsters and he looks good as well. here in Montreal Canada we have lots of ethnics and we where able to compare Jar Jar to all the black comunity, the way he walks and his attitude... he was realy coool!

Yoda, you'll look less favourably on ROTJ (or Lucas maybe) when you realise that the Ewoks were orignally going to be Wookies but the marketing men convinced Lucas that they weren't cute and cuddly enough. Hence the Ewoks, money making soft toys!

Since everybody else seems to have an opinion, here's mine:

Empire Strikes Back

Simply the best of the series.

I concur, maybe its just I like the whole sleekness of that 1970's Empire. Yeah! And, I also think TPM is crap, and I do have it on video.
