Any Netscape Webbrowser activeX control.

Hi,
I am writing a VB application display HTML files. So, I want to use Web browser control to display HTML pages, but problem is user need to have IE because the Web browser ActiveX control uses IE. All of my user already has Netscape browser, not IE. So, if I use Netscape web browser activeX control, not IE web browser control. They don't have to install anything. Is there any ActiveX control that supports Netscape? Thank you for any help.

Maybe it's me, but doesn't Windows automatically come with MSIE? It may not be version 5, but the HTML 3.0 standards should still be intact.
