help on menu editor

I would like to know, how to add an image/picture in a bar of menu editor along with the caption and shortcut keys.

It wont be easy. The best method is to use subclassing. Im sure there is a tutorial in Tutors Corner on it, otherwise The Hand is who you want to see. Anyway, it is not a subject to be taken lightly, and even some of the Gurus here cant get their heads round it. Not that I want to put you off or anything...... images/icons/smile.gif

Well, the difficulty of doing it grows if you want to make it look professional.
Subclassing is the most professional way of getting it done, but it also takes a lot of knowledge or a good example, which The Hand has provided us.
However, although I don't recommend it, you may want to take a look at the SetMenuItemBitmaps API function.
It does do the job... barely.
