Recommended books for programming drawing applications in VB?

I'm going to create a drawing application using VB.NET, kind of like Microsoft Paint type of application, allowing users to draw arrows, rectangles, circles, etc.

Are there any good reference books out there for such an application?

Do a google search for "GDI+ visual basic.net". You'll get tons of hits for books and on-line tutorials. I haven't purchased one, so I can't recommend anything personally, but I have done the above and browsed through some of them.
