User's Change Environment?

Just some quick questions regarding what is considered Best Practice for User choices in Application Environment.

1. Should they be able to choose Font,Bold,Size?
2. Should they be to select Colours for Form or Input?
3. Is better to just Center Forms at loadup or Have Forms remember Last Location?
4. Should I let Users be able to resize Forms? (oh the head ache, unless I buy a resizer control)

Any opinions appreciated

this is all matter of opinion really, in my opinion

1 & 2) if you can be bothered to code it they might appreciate it

3)having forms remembering their location is good, if you default the forms to be central on the first run of the program then it is upto the user wether they leave them their or move them

4)really dependant on what sort of form you have, creating your own form resizing code is not too difficult if you use Me.Controls to loop through all your controls

Thanks for that, I have just set a program that does above and was just making sure it didn't have any major dramas associated with it! (The center first time up is the was a good add!)
