Can open an application which written in VB.NET 2002 within VB.NET 2003 without make many changes in code? VB.NET 2002 has many differences in code from VB.NET 2003 such as VB6 compared with VB.NET?
Thanks :)

yes you can open a VB.NET 2002 with VB.NET 2003
i'm in the middle of building a utility which will also allow you to open a VS.NET 2003 project with VB.NET 2002 and which will also check which version of VS you run, so that it will convert projects to either.

Hey CSharp, I'm interested in this utility you're writing. I have a lot of clients with VS.NET 2002 code that needs to remain in the 2002 format so that their in-house people can still work on it, but I use 2003, and the project is converted when I open it in 2003. It's become a pain to maintain and use 2002 just to view/fix/upgrade small bits of code (not to mention a colossal waste of hard drive space).

Will you be posting the utility when you're done? Will it be free?
