Speaking through Modem revisited

This problem has reared its ugly head again - maybe someone has come across it?

I am using the TAPI dialer from www.shrinkwrapvb.com. It will dial the modem, make a call, let you hear the other person, but not let them hear me.

This is on a Toshiba v90 internal modem. The mic isn't muted, it is set to 20dbGain, and multimedia is set to "Use Only Preferred Devices." No errors when the program runs, so I am thinking it is a hardware problem, though I can't determine it.

Other programs like VoiceCommPro WILL work, but not this one.

Anyone seen this before?

Thanks!
