coding manually for datareport

currently i building an application and want to print out the report. i know that report can be easily build using the data environment and datareport but i don wan to use data environment because it is not flexible. the scenario is like this:
i have a datagrid and i manage to get the relevant data that i wan to the datagrid. but now i need to send this data to the data report so that i can print it our. i try using data environment but it pull out all the data inside the database. that why i don wan to use data environment because i only wan to send the data inside the datagrid to the data report. can anyone help me in this?

So you might have already opened a recordset all you need to do now is:

Set DataReport1.DataSource=rs
