Toolbar

I use Axialis IconWorkshop to create 16x16 images (.bmp), which I add to an ImageList. I then have a toolbar which uses the images for the buttons. When I create the images though, I set the background as RGB(212, 208, 200) which is the same as the Classic XP theme's button face. However, when I run the Windows XP theme, the images now look stupid since the form's forecolour has changed.

How do I make an image that will work on both themes (i.e. set a mask colour)?
