Where is the ComponentDesigner ?

Please, can anybody tell me where I can find the ' ComponentDesigner ' class?

I looked into the MSDN but I couldnt find that class where it should be... :(

MSDN has the list of all the namespaces/classes here http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/cpref/html/cpref_start.asp

You can also use MSDN's search function to search for a specific class.
