Sending E-mails to multiple mailboxes

hey i'm new here and needs help badly~. The topic's my question. by the way the scenerio is like this:

1) user fills up form which is a VB application
2)the form details are saved to an Access database in the server
3)at the same time i want to notify certain people (about 6 or so) about the form so that they can check them out.

is it possible? please reply! :)
