how to minimise a form to the system tray, and make it invisible from the task bar in Windows 9x?
how to do this without using active-x controls.

Try to search this Forum by Keyword "System Tray", you gonna find enough information to do what yo want.
As a matter of fact, I did it using the previous posts on this forum.

Hi, iwas in the same situcion that you are: ididn't want a ocx, but the control mentioned above is really cool, gives full functionality and it is a user control, i mean, it's a open source, so you can lern how to make it yourself. Good luck!
