BillSoo is not the only Admin. Go to the Users List and sort by status. This will give you all the Admins. You can contact them by Private Message. Click on their name and just under their details you'll find an option to send a PM.

He's currently quite busy, and doesn't have a lot of time for the forum. Try contacting a different admin.

Thanks for the response however it has to BillSoo as he was working on a special project for me. All want from him is an update as to the status of it.
